In order to operate the 3D Graph Generator service and to reduce the risk of fraud, Swan Studios must ask you to provide us information about yourself. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. Swan Studios takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent or give away your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties unless instructed to do so by law.

Please note that your personal information will be stored and processed on our computers in Australia. The laws on holding personal data in Australia may be less stringent than the laws of your country but Swan Studios will hold your personal information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. To register the 3D Graph Generator program, you must provide your first name, last name and e-mail address. Your email address is required so that we can send you the ID and Registration Code. Your name is required so that you can be identified as the owner of a particular ID and Registration Code.

Swan Studios will not email you any advertising or promotional material. We will only send you an email when the 3D Graph Generator software has been updated and you have selected the option that you would like to receive emails about this. You can change this option at any time by contacting us.
Swan Studios is against email spam and does not participate or contribute to this activity in any way - our clients are far too important to us.
