This game oozes quality from every pore of its digital body. You can tell that a lot of love and attention has been expended on this title and its charm shines through. First of all this is a pretty standard snake game. Each time you eat what looks like small acorns your body grows. There are also power-ups around the map including speed-up, super-size, ghost (you can crawl through your own body) and more.
Viewed from a 3D perspective you can change the camera to one of five different angles and we strongly recommend giving the over-head view a try. Each level is timed, you only have a certain amount of minutes to complete it, however eating an acorn gives you a few extra seconds on the counting-down clock and indeed some levels rely totally on this aspect for your survival.
There is one thing that we admire about this game more than anything - and that is its sedate pace. This isn't a rushing around sort of game, things move quite slowley leisurely to say the least. It's not that the game is slow (i.e. a low FPS rate) but rather it is just enjoying itself. It is actually really relaxing playing the game which is helped massively by the superb music on each level. Having played the whole game from start to finish we recommend giving this one some time, if only to appreciate its charm.
